IEC-Young Professionals Mentoring Programme

Blue Apple is engaged to facilitate IEC-Young Professionals Programme for IEC-Nigerian National Committee. The programme is to train Electrical and Electronics Engineering Professionals as mentors who will in turn train young EE mentees to participate in IEC National and Technical Committees with the intention of improving the transfer of technologies and experiences. Mentoring provides an informal pathway to developing and strengthening a Young Professional’s career in standardization or conformity assessment.

All participants and stakeholders are involved voluntarily with defined roles, responsibilities, and limits to expectations.

Global opportunities are created for the young professionals through workshops, essay competition etc among peers.
